FujiFilm

Turning technical complexity into global search visibility

Fujifilm is globally recognised for its innovation in inkjet ink and dispersion manufacturing. With a goal to reinforce its leadership in this space, Fujifilm partnered with Atomic to design and develop a new corporate website. The objective was to better communicate the brand’s values, showcase its technical expertise, and present a complex product portfolio in a way that would resonate with both technical audiences and business decision-makers. The result is a modern, responsive platform that combines strategic UX thinking with bold visual storytelling to reflect Fujifilm’s market-leading position.

The challenge

Elevating brand perception through digital experience

Fujifilm wanted to reposition its inkjet division with a digital presence that could match the technical excellence and customer-first ethos of its manufacturing business.

The challenge was twofold: first, to articulate the brand’s innovation and precision-driven culture; second, to communicate complex technical information in a digestible, user-friendly way.

The website needed to speak to diverse audiences, from R&D specialists to purchasing managers, while reinforcing Fujifilm’s global credibility and distinct value proposition.

The solution

Translating technical expertise into a customer-centric UX

Atomic began with a deep discovery phase, immersing ourselves in Fujifilm’s product ecosystem, customer base, and manufacturing methodologies.

Through workshops and stakeholder interviews, we gained clarity on Fujifilm’s brand vision and the differentiators that set it apart in the inkjet manufacturing sector. This insight shaped a design approach focused on clarity, accessibility, and trust.

We modernised the site architecture and user flows to guide visitors seamlessly through technical content, while evolving Fujifilm’s brand visuals to suit a digital-first environment. Key messaging was supported by bespoke iconography and refined design components to aid navigation and communication.

The outcome

A responsive, insight-driven platform built for scale

The final product is a fully responsive, content-managed website that modernises Fujifilm’s digital identity while staying true to its established brand DNA.

Optimised for mobile-first usage, the platform presents technical content in a clear, engaging format that reflects Fujifilm’s authority in the inkjet market. The integration of a powerful CMS empowers Fujifilm to manage and evolve its content with ease.

Enhanced UX patterns, a contemporary UI, and strategically placed iconography guide users through detailed product information, making complex data approachable. The result is a future-ready website that supports Fujifilm’s commercial goals and reinforces its standing as a leader in high-performance inkjet solutions.
