A made to measure retail sales tool
As a market-leading supplier of made-to-measure curtains and blinds, Filigree was looking for a modern, tailor-made solution to help retail customers such as Dunelm and John Lewis to transform their product ordering process. Atomic was challenged to develop a solution that would give their production team a single source of truth for all customer orders, whilst enabling retail customers to place orders more efficiently using one, easy to use system.
Following a collaborative and in-depth discovery and technical planning phase, Atomic devised a solution that would allow staff in Dunelm stores to quickly specify a product for their customer, get real-time prices and place orders directly with Filigree. This easy to use system included a web based application for desktop use as well as a native iOS app for iPad use. Both of these customer-facing applications would be powered by a web-based admin portal, allowing Administrators to manage and process orders effectively as well as providing extensive data for analysis and forecasting.
The outcome was an intuitive and easy to use application that delivered the digital transformation Filigree was looking for. Since its launch, the App has processed over 12,000 customer orders and become an integral sales aid for over 190 retail stores across the UK.
To ensure everyone was aligned on the final solution, we focused on delivering a high-value MVP which allowed us to launch the system much sooner.

We built a web-based admin system that feeds data directly to the app via a custom API, while also consuming and storing order received from store users.
