The challenge
Filling a significant vacancy deficit, fast
Having attempted to run their own campaign without success, 360 Recruitment came to us with an urgent brief. Vacancies needed to be filled quickly, spanning both full-time positions and a large volume of apprenticeship roles. With client demand to meet and a reputation as a leading specialist agency to protect, there was no room for a slow start. The pressure was on to generate quality applications at pace, from both a domestic and international audience.
The strategy
Combining paid search and social to reach 25,000 people a day
Embracing the digital landscape, we recommended a dual approach using PPC and social media advertising. Paid search opened up the opportunity to directly target active job seekers, with a mix of broad and specific targeting applied, particularly for the apprenticeship element of the campaign where younger candidates may not yet know exactly what they are looking for. Alongside this, Facebook advertising was used to reach a mass audience and communicate the genuine benefits of each role. Both channels targeted local UK audiences and international audiences across Europe simultaneously, reaching an average of 25,000 people per day.
The results
Every vacancy filled, conversion rates that spoke for themselves
The campaign delivered across every measure. With a 20% conversion rate and an average daily reach of 25,000 people, the volume and quality of applications gave 360 Recruitment everything they needed to satisfy client demand. Every job vacancy was filled. The campaign not only resolved an immediate resourcing crisis but reinforced 360 Recruitment’s standing as a trusted specialist agency capable of delivering at scale, across borders.
