At Atomic, we're seeking an SEO Specialist who's more than just keywords and backlinks – we're after someone who understands the user-first approach to search and is ready to make their mark in Nottingham, remotely, or with a hybrid approach that encourages their best work.

As our new SEO Specialist, you won't just push boundaries – you'll redraw the map, both locally, nationally, and internationally, across local businesses and well-known brands. With a focus on versatility and innovation, you'll be instrumental in propelling our diverse client portfolio to new heights.

Your day-to-day will not be run-of-the-mill; it will be about pioneering strategies that set the stage for our clients' success, whether they're in B2C or B2B markets. SEO will be at the core of what you do, but you’ll have the flexibility to harness your knowledge elsewhere in the strategy.

What will be on your agenda?

* Masterminding SEO campaigns that don't just follow trends – they set them

* Detecting and enhancing the sweet spots in clients' websites, making them not just SEO-friendly but user-centric as well

* Conducting deep-dive SEO audits with a detective's eye for detail

* Carrying out in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis that leave no stone unturned

* Using your deep knowledge of search to support the whole search spectrum, from organic through to paid

Remote working

This position can be fully remote and with that in mind we are happy to receive applications from candidates living UK wide. But if all things are equal we will prioritise someone who lives in the East Midlands and can therefore come into our Nottingham office from time to time

Flexible hours

We have core hours of 10am-4pm but, with agreement from your line manager, you are free to vary your start and finish times
