Senior Digital Project Manager
The role
To manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple work streams for web and mobile (app) projects.

- To work effectively with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects
- To devise detailed project plans, writing robust and realistic documentation including quotes, statement of works and technical specifications
- To be on top of their projects and know timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing and risk
- To build a partnership relationship with our clients, ensuring clear and consistent communications are in place to manage their expectations at all times
- To attend face-to-face client meetings to take briefs, discuss projects and resolve any issues
- To be comfortable in presenting work and ideas both internally and externally
- To be commercially aware at all times and have an idea of the status of the budget of your projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and on budget
- Support the Directors in contributing to the new business effort

- To manage a portfolio of clients and projects
- Manage workload independently and proactively
- To ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
- To ensure contact reports and supplied to clients within 48 hours of meetings
- To ensure resource requirements are planned and booked at the weekly resource planning sessions
- To ensure monthly invoicing of projects is completed on time
- To ensure Timesheets are submitted on time each week
- Maintain client satisfaction levels ensuring quality of services is deemed to be excellent

Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in a similar role/environment
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban - The practical application of methodologies within an agency environment would be an advantage
- Adept at using latest PM software - JIRA/Confluence
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
- Good grasp of good UI and UX design (web & mobile)
- Experience working in relevant industries as our clients
