Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning client accounts in the software and / or digital marketing sectors?

Do you get a buzz from landing that deal where everyone wins?

Atomic is a dynamic and forward-thinking digital agency which works with, amongst other clients, some iconic B2B and B2C brands. We design and develop best-in-class digital products and grow our client’s business through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

We're currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join us in the role of Business Development Manager and help us in our mission to become a leading design and technology partner.

First and foremost we're looking for someone with solid experience of selling Software and / or Digital Marketing Services. This is a MUST HAVE! You'll possess strong interpersonal skills and you’ll need to be credible in order to quickly gain the respect of high profile clients who are operating at the top of their game.

Secondly, we want someone who is commercially astute, comfortable identifying opportunities and negotiating deals and can work with clients to find mutually beneficial agreements.

We really feel this is a great opportunity. We’ve recently become employee owned and we’ve got plans to double the size of our business over the next 4 years. The future is looking extremely bright for us; it’s also worth adding that progression to Senior Business Development Manager/ Head of Business Development awaits the right individual.

We are 100% clear that we are seeking someone with experience of selling software and/ or digital marketing services. If you don't have this experience, I'm afraid this role isn't for you. But if you have the experience we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.
