Android Devs! Want to be using Coroutines, Flows and Jetpack Compose, but stuck using RxJava2, RecyclerView adapters and XML Views?
If your current employer has not transitioned to using the latest Android development tools and techniques, you should be concerned. Concerned that not keeping your skills current may in turn, hold back your own personal development.
We can help you fix that whilst working on some great Android projects with high-profile clients including the likes of Center Parcs, JCB and Rolls-Royce.
We're currently seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our mobile team here at Atomic.
This exciting role is responsible for building new Android applications as well as maintaining and expanding existing projects. The role requires working closely with project managers, designers and other development teams to ensure we deliver Android applications that meet the needs of our clients and their users.
You will continuously explore, assess, and implement new technologies as part of our R&D initiatives to maximize development efficiency, while staying up to date with changes in mobile technology, Android releases, and both new and existing third-party libraries.
If your current employer does not really value your personal development and is just paying you lip service, then we should talk.
Please note:-
You will be required to undertake our screening and pre-employment checks, which includes a criminal record (DBS) check. Any adverse check may result in an offer of employment being withdrawn
We do not hold a sponsors licence therefore you must have an existing right to work in the UK in order for us to progress your application
