AtomicMedia completes DWP Customer Experience DVD

AtomicMedia have just finished production of a Customer Feedback film for the DWP, after a very busy few days.
Our mission was to film over 20 customer quotes, edit the footage and produce some lovely graphics...all within the space of a week! This involved capturing key quotes about how customers had been treated by DWP services and showing staff how this links to the DWP Charter. The DVD has played a big part in recent DWP conventions, conferences and exhibitions, providing information to staff about customer experiences and demonstrating areas that need improvement. Not only did we think it was great, but it was so well received by the Customer Insight team that they asked us to produce another DVD.
