Each film focused on a company or individual nominated for the award, edited into a one minute case study including talking heads, cutaway and work in-action shots.  The case studies were edited to be a balance between informative and emotional delivery of the person’s journey supported by clips from their Jobcentre Plus Account Manager and colleagues.

The filming was completed within just two weeks and the editing, along with music and motion graphic captions was completed in just one week to meet the deadline of the awards ceremony.  The ceremony was a success with the films being duplicated onto DVD and streamed online along with some great feedback: “The award films went down extremely well - to the point that they had many of the people in the room in tears! Everyone loved the films including our Minister of State for Employment and Welfare Reform who was very impressed.  Thanks for all your hard work on this” DWP, Communications Manager.
